Gorham, Maine – UMaine-Farmington's women's soccer team battled the University of Southern Maine on Sunday afternoon with a final score of 3-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Allie Gross started with a goal just four minutes into the game with a shot that hit the crossbar and dropped into the goal. Emma Cost made the assist.
• Elise Porter scored her second goal of the season on a threw ball from Emma Cost and beat Callie Hammer diving to the right to make the score 2-0 in favor of the Huskies.
• Emily Baker scored the third goal of the game on a direct kick.
• Callie Hammer made 11 saves on 14 shots for the Beavers as Kayla Gorman made three saves for the Huskies.
• McKenna Brodeur took two shots for the Beavers as Emily Boyle took one.
